As HR Reporting Analyst, understand business needs including the processes, reporting and analytics required for end-to-end business solutions. Responsible for building strong collaborative relationships, understanding business processes, documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups. Recommend business process, reporting and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Is responsible for the preparation of standardized reports based on raw data from different countries, in accordance with the process and guidelines. Reviews and analyses actual/forecasts against targeted performances and prepares gap analyses. Monitors risks and trends. Prepares operating budgets based on previous budget figures, estimated revenue / workforce. Produces reports for regional and corporate management as requested.
